Darren Little
Founder/Head Coach of DEL Sports Nutrition. When it comes to his clients Darren always makes sure their needs are taken care of. He is very passionate when it comes to helping people, nutrition and exercise. Specializing in getting women their dream bodies and “SKINNY GUYS” struggling to put on muscle. Growing up a skinny guy himself he knows how hard it can be for some to transform their physique. Darren has been focusing on the health and wellness industry for over 20 years. His passion to help people grew when his wife, Ashley, hired a bad coach and ended up damaging her thyroid permanently. That ignited a fire within him to help people in a way that would not compromise their hormones. Being a family man, Darren also understands the importance of family time being a loving father of 2 children and husband to his wife Ashley.
Ashley Little
Ashley, the other half of DEL Sports Nutrition works with pre and postnatal women to sustain and/or get back to their desired body. Ashley specializes in hormones, PPD, nutrition and weight training. One of her passions is cooking, creating meals and food prep ideas for clients. She started her nutrition and fitness journey in 2011. Her mission is to empower women, regain their health, fitness and confidence by creating sustainable solutions.
